While meditation has a calming effect on the mind, it can also be used to transform our habitual behaviours. Unlock the potential to choose your own path, rather than being carried along by past conditioning and habit. Awareness is revolutionary, and meditation is the key to developing the skill which empowers us to make better choices, open our heart, and cope with life’s ups and downs.

On this highly practical course, you’ll get instruction in developing mindfulness and deep positive emotion through meditation, as well as key principles from Buddhism that can take you from where you are now to beyond what you might think is possible. You will also be encouraged to continue the training practices at home and in your daily life. Join experienced Buddhist practitioner Sanghapurna for an introduction to the transformative practice of meditation.
