This six-week course explores how we can bring about radical, positive change to our lives through the application of central Buddhist principles and meditation.
The course presents and discusses several core transformative Buddhist ideas and teachings, alongside an introduction to meditation practice. Through discussion, reflection and exercises, we will discover how these ancient teachings can help us to lead a richer, fuller and happier life in this challenging world.
