Radical Dharma

Radical Dharma

This 6-week course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of Buddhism: nothing is fixed or permanent; actions have consequences; change is possible, and much more. Explore how the teachings and meditation can help you uncover more value and meaning in your life today, and find freedom in these challenging times.

Join experienced Buddhist practitioner Sanghapurna in engaging with this practical course in Buddhism & Meditation. Each week there will be talks, meditation, discussion in small groups, space to workshop ideas, as well as home practice, so you can test the teachings in your own life.

Come along for free to any of our drop-in meditation classes at the MBC for the duration of the course.
