Opening to the Doors of the Dharma

Opening to the Doors of the Dharma

Join us for a programme of daytime Dharma classes exploring some foundational Buddhist teachings. Held after our Monday lunchtime meditation class, these sessions are suitable for newcomers and open to all.

Dharma refers to the teachings of the Buddha, which we will introduce in a way that is accessible, practical, and relevant to everyday life in the modern world.

These classes are designed as a gentle taster for those who already attend meditation and are curious about Buddhism, how meditation fits within Buddhist practice, and whether the Dharma might be relevant for them.

Led by Amitasraddha, Carunetra, Ginny, Tom, Nay, and Helen.
