7-Day Intensive Meditation Retreat

An opportunity to connect with change using positive emotion and acceptance through meditation practice within the beautiful surrounds of Wesburn.
Explore your “inner world” and its relation to the “outer world”. Are they one in the same?
Suitable for those who have done a weekend retreat with Triratna and want to extend themselves to a longer retreat experience.
The program will include an intensive meditation program, dharma talks, and meditation interviews. Half of the retreat will be in silence to support a deeper level of relaxation into practice, allowing insight to arise.

A typical day on the seven day meditation retreat

Silence initially overnight and then it will increase over the retreat with at least 3 - 4 days in silence in a row with a small amount of dharma input.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I need to cancel my place on a residential retreat?
Please let us know as soon as possible, as there may be other people waiting for a place on the retreat. A cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund amount, reflecting our administration and overhead costs. Residential retreat bookings are not transferable.
