Sunday Morning Meditation

Sunday Morning Meditation

Sunday 3 August 9:30am – 12:30pm

A monthly opportunity for us to go deeper and take our meditation practice to new horizons. Our endeavours are supported by the practice of silence and the companionship of other meditators.

The morning comprises three periods of meditation of 30-40 minutes duration, interspersed by walking meditation or stretching breaks. This program allows our practice to gently build momentum over the 3 hours from 9:30am to 12:30pm.

As no teaching is offered, this event is best suited to those who regularly meditate within our community, and who are therefore familiar with our practices. However, others wishing to attend, and who have a well-established meditation practice are also welcome to sit with us.

All participants will need to be able to attend for the entire day (no half day options), maintain noble silence and go forth from our mobile devices and busy lives.
