Classes & Workshops in May
Whether you’d like to commit yourself to a practice of meditation, or if you’re looking to explore and deepen what you already know, join us for a month of meditation.
Event registration covers the following May events:
- Thursday evening classes: guided meditation (7-8pm), and a tea break followed by metta/mindfulness discussions or a devotional practice (8.15-9pm).
- Saturday morning classes: 11am – 12pm (guided meditation).
- Lunchtime meditation classes: 12.30-1.15 (Monday and Thursday only, guided meditations).
- Sunday silent meditation day: 7th May (no guidance, suitable for people familiar with our meditations).
Online meditation classes and weekly emails with meditation and mindfulness tips also available.
