Five Spiritual Faculties Talk 1 – Thursday Night Zoom Event

Over two talks, Siladasa will present and discuss the Buddha’s exhortation to develop the five “indriyas” or faculties of Faith, Wisdom, Mindfulness, Energy and Concentration (meditation). The first Dharma talk will focus on what these faculties are, how to cultivate them and how they relate to each other, leading to balance or harmonization. Meditation Half Day Retreat – July 2020

This retreat is offered monthly as an opportunity for us to go deeper in our meditation practice. Our endeavours are supported by the practice of silence and the companionship of other meditators.
