Yoga for Meditation

Start your weekend off on the right foot with our Saturday morning yoga and embodiment class.

This yoga class is designed to prepare your body and mind for the practice of meditation.

Through the poses and movement, you will connect with your breath, become more in tune with your body, and physically support yourself for meditation.

You can join the yoga class as a standalone or combine it with the meditation class that follows. Either way it’s a great way to start your weekend with a calm mind and a sense of groundedness.

This class is open to beginners and offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.


Saturday’s from 10am to 10.45am at the Melbourne Buddhist Centre/ 23 David Street, Brunswick

Contribution: $20 full/ $10 concession and yoga meditation combo – $30/$18
