Yoga and Mindful Movement

Start your weekend off on the right foot with our Saturday morning yoga and movement class.
The weekly drop-in class draws on yoga postures and movement activities in a Buddhist context to activate and bring awareness to our body and mind.
Through the poses and movement, you will connect with your breath, become more in tune with your body, and physically support yourself for a meditation practice.
You can join the yoga class as a standalone or combine it with the meditation class that follows. Either way it’s a great way to start your weekend with a calm mind and a feeling of embodiment.
This class is open to beginners and offers a welcoming and inclusive space for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Saturday’s from 10am to 10.45am at the Melbourne Buddhist Centre/ 23 David Street, Brunswick
Contribution: $20 full/ $10 concession and yoga meditation combo – $30/$18
