Start your weekend with gentle movement. The MBC is offering drop-in, pre-meditation yoga classes, suitable for beginners, led by Itir. While not professionally trained, Itir has a long term commitment to yoga as a way of deepening her meditation practice and will lead these classes with an emphasis on body and breath awareness. Mats are provided but please BYO if you have one.
These classes are not suitable for people with injuries or pregnancy.
