Everyone is welcome on Thursday Night with drop-in meditation classes at 7pm for regular meditators and an intro class for those with no meditation experience. Learn to meditate with instruction and guidance from an experienced meditation practitioner while meditating with others.

At 8pm, we welcome back Khemavajira – he who has diamond-like security (formerly Jonathan O’Keeffe) to the MBC, to hear about his ordination retreat, and insights into his experience of joining the Triratna Buddhist Order after the Public Ordination at Vijayaloka in Sydney on 11 December.
