Thursday Night – Meditation and Buddhism Zoom Classes
Thursday July 22 , 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
At 7pm meditation for regular meditators on zoom.
At 8pm connect to the spirit of Buddhism with a program of Buddhist talks introducing the core teachings followed by small group discussion. Discover each week how to put these teachings into practice from members of our Buddhist Community.
Over July and August, come along to a series of talks and discussions on the teaching of the Five Spiritual Faculties: Mindfulness, Wisdom, Faith, Energy and Concentration. We continue our exploration with Faith or confidence in the Spiritual Life with Varadhi.
