Saturday Morning Intro Class – Zoom Meditation

If you are new to meditation, this Saturday morning join Siladasa and be introduced to the Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness) practice in real time and online. Join others to be guided through the meditation practice by selecting the zoom link below. Even in an online virtual group, meditating together can help us feel connected with others, whatever our different situations.
