Saturday Morning – Online Meditation Classes

Saturday October 9, 2021 , 11:00 am 12:00 pm

Everyone is welcome on Saturday Mornings with an unguided drop-in meditation class at 11am for regular meditators. This session will be the Mindfulness of Breathing, led by meditation teacher Sraddhanaya. Stay on afterwards for connection with like-minded people.
