SATURDAY MORNING – ONLINE ZOOM MEDITATION CLASSES

Everyone is welcome on Saturday Mornings with an unguided drop-in meditation class at 11am for regular meditators. This session will be the Mindfulness of Breathing, led by meditation teacher Dhiramani. Stay on afterwards for connection with like minded people.
