Sangha Day Festival
Saturday November 20, 2021 , 11:00 am – 4:00 pm

Sangha Day is one of three festival days celebrating each of the Three Jewels. A day of rejoicing in the Sangha, the spiritual community, and our connection with one another. This will be an opportunity to re-gather our community and celebrate all that has held us together through these long months.
Hosted by the Women’s Mitra Study group, and drawing from the White Lotus Sutra, the theme of Sangha Day will be ‘The Parable of the Herbs’, offering an evocative way in which we can appreciate our unique qualities that enrich our Sangha. Starting with the drop-in meditation class at 11am, followed by talks and activities, and concluding at 3pm with a puja devotional practice, in which Miranda will have her mitra ceremony.
Saturday 20 November/ 11am – 4pm
In person at the MBC/ BYO vegetarian or vegan lunch
