Joining us from the UK to lead this retreat will be Lokeshvara, president of the MBC and friend to many in our community. The theme of this retreat will be focusing on the Buddha’s words from the Udana.

This retreat will be in the natural surroundings of the Yarra Valley. It will include meditation, communal practice, and time spent in nature.
