Buddhism and Meditation Intro Course

In Buddhism, meditation is seen as part of an overall path and approach to life. Meditation develops positive states of mind, but there is not much point in doing this for just a short period each day if we are cultivating negative states the rest of the time. For this reason, the 6 week course will also cover the Buddhist principles behind meditation that help you uncover more value and meaning in your life today and find freedom in these challenging times. Join experienced Buddhist practitioner, Apada as he lays out the Buddhist Path of meditation, ethics and wisdom.
