Saturday Morning Intro Meditation – In Person Class

Connect with the benefits of meditation, expanding our ability to find peace, wellbeing and fulfillment. Each Saturday morning class offers the opportunity to be introduced to meditation with instruction and guidance from an experienced Buddhist meditation practitioner. Learn the two meditation practices the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Loving Kindness) on alternate weeks.

Suitable for those with little or no experience of meditation. A variety of sitting positions from sitting on the floor to being on a chair will be explored to find the best one for you.

Cancellations – So that we can ensure that the limited places at our events are used, our in-person classes need to be booked in advance with payment. We hope you’ll understand that, while we have to manage our events in this way, our classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unless you are unwell, please do your best to attend if you book since we won’t be able to give your place to someone else.
