These practical courses emphasise how to cope with our busy lives and the challenges that it throws up by transforming our mental and emotional landscape. Introduction to Meditation Courses
Our six week meditation courses for newcomers, introduce you to two central meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving-kindness). You will learn about posture, setting up a practice at home, and how to best support your own learning to meditate. The courses include free entry to all our meditation drop-in classes for the duration of the course to further assist you in making meditation an ongoing practice that will have far reaching benefits for your life. Aspects of Buddhism Introductory Courses
These courses introduce the principles and practices of Buddhism, with an emphasis on the relevance and application to transform our lives for the better. These courses are suitable for beginners, as well as for more experienced practitioners who wish to deepen and enrich their practice. Each course is led by an experienced Buddhist practitioner.
