Introduction to Meditation Courses
Our six week meditation courses for newcomers, introduce you to two central meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving-kindness). You will learn about posture, setting up a practice at home, and how to best support your own learning to meditate. The courses include free entry to all our meditation drop-in classes for the duration of the course to further assist you in making meditation an ongoing practice that will have far reaching benefits for your life. Aspects of Buddhism Introductory Courses
These courses introduce the principles and practices of Buddhism, with an emphasis on the relevance and application to transform our lives for the better.
