While we remain closed, we’re committed to continuing to share our teachings and practices with you during this challenging period – we offer the following online program of events for you to participate in.
Live Streaming Meditation Classes on Zoom : Join a Zoom meditation class at home with set times during the week. We will cater for both Newcomers with a guided sit and Regular Meditators

MBC Support – Helping the MBC Community
To help with those in isolation, the MBC Sangha Buddies program will focus on reaching out to Sangha that are in self-isolation offering personal connection and practical help.
MBC Dana – Keeping the MBC Going
