Body as Teacher: A Day Retreat in Embodied Awareness
Sunday 9 August 11:30am – 4pm
This day retreat explores the wisdom of embodied awareness through meditation, gentle yoga, and the self-reflective somatic practice of Focusing. We will turn toward fresh, felt experience of the body as a gateway to insight, compassion, and presence.
Through mindful movement, stillness, and guided inner listening, you’ll learn practical ways to reconnect with the body as a source of clarity and self-understanding. The day offers a balanced rhythm of practice, rest, and reflection in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Facilitated by Varadhi, an Order Member and Focusing Teacher
For those interested, there is another session on Sunday 26 July.
