Five Spiritual Faculties Talk 1 – Thursday Night Zoom Event

Thursday July 9, 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Over two talks, Siladasa will present and discuss the Buddha’s exhortation to develop the five “indriyas” or faculties of Faith, Wisdom, Mindfulness, Energy and Concentration (meditation). The first Dharma talk will focus on what these faculties are, how to cultivate them and how they relate to each other, leading to balance or harmonization.
