Thursday Lunchtime Drop-in Meditation

This Thursday Night after the drop-in meditation class, we will be showing a talk by Maitreyabandu on the Metta Bhavana meditation practice. Each Thursday evening we offer two meditation sessions; one for those with little or no experience, and other for those experienced with our practises. Newcomers welcome! Sesshin Day Retreat May
