Are you under 35 (or young at heart) and interested in Buddhism? Come along to Young Dharma Nights! This is a great opportunity to learn about and discuss the Buddha's teachings in a casual and supportive environment. Doors open at 6pm for a 6.30pm start. The evening generally includes some meditation, a Dharma talk, and time for reflection and discussion.
