Thursday Evening Drop-in Meditation & Activity
Thursday March 23, 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Each Thursday evening we offer two meditation sessions; one for those with little or no experience, and other for those experienced with our practises. Newcomers welcome!
On alternate weeks we lead through either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving Kindness) meditation practice. We meditate from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, then have a tea break.
After the break we offer one of a range of activities, perhaps a talk, a discussion, or a workshop related to Dharma practice.
No booking required, no equipment needed. Doors open at 7pm, please arrive in good time for a prompt 7.30pm start. The evening ends around 9.30pm.
The cost is $15, or $8 for concession card holders.
