Thursday Lunchtime Drop-in Meditation

Suitable for new and experienced meditators
The Centre is open from 12.00pm and the meditation starts at 12.30pm and finishes around 1.15pm.
We alternate weekly, leading through the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving-Kindness) practices.
Guidance is given for newcomers.
We ask for a donation of $10 or $8 for concession cards holders.
