Teen Practice Day – Kindness and Compassion for Ourselves and Others
Sunday June 30, 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Are you aged 13 to 17?
Would you like your thoughts to be kinder to yourself? How could we be more considerate and gentle towards others?
Bring a parent or guardian (anyone you trust who is over 18, to support one another).
Guided meditation, separate teen/guardian discussions, shared lunch and activities.

Adults $15, Teenagers $10
Bring vegan/vegetarian food to share for lunch.
