An event every week that begins at 10:45am on Saturday, repeating indefinitely
Every Saturday we run two meditation sessions, one for those who know our practices and the other for those new to meditation who would like to be guided through a meditation practice.
We alternate week by week between the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Development of Loving Kindness meditations.
Please arrive in good time for a 11am start.
Cost: $15 waged or $8 concession card holders
