Monday Lunchtime Drop-in Meditation
Monday May 1, 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm
Suitable for new and experienced meditators.
The Centre is open from 11.30am and the meditation starts at 12.30pm and finishes around 1.15pm.
We alternate weekly, leading through the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana (Development of Loving Kindness) practices.
Guidance is given for newcomers.
We ask for a donation of $10 or $8 for concession card holders.
