Mindfulness for Health – Breathworks 8 Week Course

Do you suffer from persistent pain, illness, stress or any other condition that has affected your health or wellbeing?

Breathworks will teach you mindfulness skills to improve your quality of life and your health, including:

  • How to manage pain, illness and fatigue in everyday life
  • How to breathe into the present moment, relax and find choice
  • Breath and body awareness
  • Mindfulness meditation practice
  • Cultivate kindness towards yourself

8 Fridays from 6 April from 9.30am to 11.30am

Cost: $400 Full Waged, $300 Low Waged, $260 Concession. Includes all material except the cost of one required book ($20-$25).
