Meditation Intro Day Course

In this day course you will learn the basic principles of meditation, how to meditate effectively and how meditation can transform our daily lives.
You will be introduced to two core meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness (Metta) Meditation by two experienced Buddhist meditation practitioners. Get essential tips on meditation and how to set up an effective daily practice. In these meditation practices encounter groundedness and clarity leading to acceptance and an opening of the heart to ourselves and others.
