If you are new to meditation, this Thursday evening join Apada and be introduced to the Mindfulness of Breathing meditation practice in real time and online. Join others to be guided through the Mindfulness of Breathing practice by selecting the zoom link below. Even in an online virtual group, meditating together can help us feel connected with others, whatever our different situations.
