In this day workshop/retreat you will learn the basic principles and practice of meditation. You will be introduced to two meditation practices, the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Loving Kindness (Metta) Meditation by an experienced Buddhist meditation practitioner. Get great tips on meditation and how to set up a daily practice. Bring the positive benefits of meditation into your life.
